Bar Mitzvah

Bar Mitzvah – means 'son of Mitzvah'; this is when a Jewish boy reaches the age of 13 and is now a full member of the Jewish community in his own right. From this day, he can be counted as part of the minyan (10 men required for prayer), and as such, is called up to the Torah for the first time to celebrate his change of status.

Everyone wants their celebration to be unique, let us help you to put your personal stamp on the day and take the pressure off you.

Bat Mitzvah

Bat Mitzvah - means 'daughter of Mitzvah'; this is when a Jewish girl reaches the age of 12 and is now a full member of the Jewish community in her own right. The Torah acknowledges that girls mature earlier than boys and so a girl celebrates her change of status at 12. There is no set program for a Bat Mitzvah, as with a boy, leaving girls to be creative and put their mark on the day in their own unique way.
